For more than 20 years the Danish Patent and Trademark Office has  performed and developed a wide range of IPR services for enterprises in Europe, as well as the rest of the world (e.g. USA and Korea).

Many law firms and international enterprises already make use of our IPR services such as novelty analysis, validity analysis, technical state-of-art analysis, and clearance investigation. To perform the searches we have specialists covering all technical fields. For the technical searches we use our more than 100 patent examiners. The searches are performed as on-line searches in a wide range of relevant international databases including Non-Patent-Literature databases.

We do not perform standard searches. All our searches are customized, and to ensure a very high quality and cost effective standard, we perform the searches in very close contact with both the examiners and the customer.
The time of delivery for our technical services is 10 working days from the day we receive the order to sending the result. Should you in a special case need a faster delivery, please contact us and we will do our utmost to help you.
