Turning ideas into assets

IPsurvey

Keep track of your competitors and keep up with the latest developments in technology in your particular field of interest

IPsurvey™

If you are in the process of developing a product or are interested in finding out about the most recent developments in your particular field of technology, you should consider setting up a patent watch.

A patent watch not only provides you with updated information on technology, it can also be a source for finding potential business partners or knowing who your competitors are. You will be able to assess the lay of the land, even before your competitors’ products are on the market.

The Danish Patent and Trademark Office has developed a patent watch system, IPsurvey™, which delivers the required information electronically to your computer. Via Internet connection from your workplace, you can log in to your personal watch database and search in the latest technological information. Your database will be regularly updated with the patent applications relevant to your company, and you will have access to the entire patent document and its status.

IPsurvey™ has a facility by which you can add your own information, e.g. comments and index words for each patent document, which can also be used as search terms.

Everyone in the company will be able to utilize and supply further information to the database, creating a widely usable knowledge database for the company.

You decide how often you want receive new patent watch results directly on to your database. This could be on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

The price of IPsurvey™ is DKK 20,000 ~ € 2,675 exclusive of VAT per annum, inclusive of up to 500 patent references.
