For more than 20 years the Danish Patent and Trademark Office has performed and developed a wide range of trademark services for enterprises.
We offer a broad range of services, from availability searches to monitoring of specific trademarks and legal analyses of a specific subject i.e. the legal practices in certain countries (Responsa).
To perform the searches and analyses we have a broad range of experienced legal staff and librarians who are specialized in trademark searching.
We perform standard searches as well as tailored search and analyses to suit individual requirements.
The time of delivery for most of our trademark services is 5 working-days from the day we receive the order to sending the result. The time of delivery for tailored services can differ depending on the task. Should you in a special case need a faster delivery, please contact us and we will do our utmost to help you.
