We have good contact with national and international authorities, which gives us access to credible and comprehensive data on registrations and applications as well as decisions and practice in general. Our key qualifications are legal interpretations in the world of IPR and we are delighted to help all European businesses on these matters. Our working languages are Danish and English.

At the Trademark and Design department we are more than 20 highly qualified lawyers with various backgrounds and experience from both the public and private sector. Daily we are facilitating international businesses, and we recognize the challenges in the global industry - from infringement and piracy to enforcement. The Danish Patent and Trademark Office considers all matters of IPR as important challenges for everyday business in a global industry.
