Purpose:
Part 1: Problem cases and how these were solved.
Part 2: Changes which were recently introduced or which will enter into force in 2009 will be explained, and the latest news on future development and future projects will be given.
Contents:
Introduction of chapters by the speaker and participants will be encouraged to tell the audience about problem cases and how these were solved, as well as forward questions they might have and ask advice from the speaker.
The second part of the seminar, changes which were recently introduced or which will enter into force in 2009 will be explained. Since this seminar takes place after the WIPO Assemblies, the latest news on future development and future projects will also be presented.
