Upgrade of DKPTOs ERP-system

Our ERP-system will be upgraded in the period from Friday 14 October at H12:00 to Monday 24 October at H12:00. We are aiming at causing as less inconvenience to you as possible.

During the above period applications and payments can still be made. All applications and payments are recorded with the actual receipt date.

After the upgrade of our ERP-system, we will work as quickly as possible to process any pending transactions. We will send receipts, receiving letters and slips as soon as possible after Monday 24 October. You can see when we are up to date on the pending transactions under "Operational status".

In DKPTOs online registers for IP Rights, PVSonline, due to the upgrade, information about financial transactions made in the above period will not be updated until all transactions subsequently are updated in our ERP-system.

For the users of IP Client, due to the upgrade, information in the economical interface will not be updated in the above period, and there will not be created notifications regarding new chargings.

It is possible to send a request for payment and print a temporary receipt, but it is still a condition for the payment, that there are sufficient funds in the account when we post the payment.

It will be possible to use PVS account, but since it will not be updated in the above period, it is important to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account for all requests for payments submitted through or outside IP client.

Economic transactions in the above period will be displayed in IP client as soon as possible after upgrading our ERP-system and they are updated in our system.
