The Nordic Patent Institute aims to be operative as an International Search Authority (ISA) and International Preliminary Examination Authority (IPEA) from 1st January 2008, subject to necessary national decisions.
Where can I find the Nordic Patent Institute?
The Nordic Patent Institute is an international organisation located in Denmark close to the Danish Patent Office, however the new authority will have a separate office with an independent director.
