Business Development
Business development and supporting private interprises use IP as a business development tool is a key element of DKPTO's mandate. DKPTO supports Danish and international companies in strengthening their IP management in several ways.
New tools have been developed for this purpose, for example IP audit and IP score. These tools have been developed in close cooperation with the Danish business community.
DKPTO works with institutions similar to DKPTO (National Patent Offices) in their efforts to support business development in their respective countries. Such work inspires National Patent Offices to implement new methods for cooperation with the national business community.
Examples of DKPTO supports to private enterprises can be seen in IP4INNO and IPBASE.
