Capacity Building
DKPTO has worked with capacity building in institutions similar to DKPTO (National Patent Offices) or institutions (private and public) working with IP and IP enforcement.
Our capacity building projects address topics such as: improvement of work-flows in the institution, development of education schemes for new trademark and/or patent examiners or training of staff in specific topics and/or train-the-trainers programs.
They also include support to the institution’s external cooperation, such as setting up new networks with relevant cooperation partners.
The capacity building projects are always identified in close cooperation with the involved institutions.
DKPTO has worked with capacity building in Bulgaria, China, Croatia, India, Poland, Romania and Turkey.
DKPTO also work with capacity building in European projects aiming at improving the IP knowledge in European SMEs. See IP4INNO and IPBASE.
