IRT report to ICANN on gTLD'erne

The plans of ICANN to introduce new top-level domains, the so-called .brands, has brought along a general interest.
Because of this interest, ICANN has identified a need for opportunities for the protection of trademarks in relation to the proposed .brands, and that this should be analyzed further.
As a result, ICANN's Recomendation Implementation Team (IRT) has now produced a report on the broad legal trademark issues in connection with the new gTLD'er.
