New PPH-agreement between Denmark and Canada
By Barbara Suhr-Jessen, 06-10-2009
New PPH agreement; accelerated processing of patent applications in Canada.
On 1st October we launched a project with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office which facilitates accelerated processing of patent application in Canada and Denmark.
The project is a so-called “Patent Prosecution Highway Pilot Project (PPH)” and similar to our existing projects with the patent offices in the US, Japan and Korea.
