New Report on IPR Enforcement for SMEs
On 15 June 2010 we published the report Creating Effective IPR Enforcement Support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) (Link: her)
The report provides a catalogue of the recommended supply of services in the enforcement area, which can be used to evaluate a country's supply of enforcement services for SMEs. This catalogue of services has been tested on 19 European NPOs by Centre for Strategy and Evaluation Services.
The report recommends good practices in service design and delivery and sees national IP offices as one of the drivers in addressing SMEs needs.
