IP Trade Portal
In relation to your business it is important to consider how to best exploit your rights, as well as whether you require additional rights to improve your business’ development.
On IP-Handelsportal, which was launched in December 2011, you can find inspiration, guidance and statistics on the trade in IPR as well as useful tools on trade in IPR.
As a large part of the Danish trade in IPR is international in character, the portal is now launched in English in order to make it easier for Danish companies to trade in IPR with their foreign business partners.
One of the tools offered on IP Trade Portal is IP Evaluation, which gives your business an idea of the strengths and weaknesses of your rights when trading. Another tool is standard contracts for trading patents and utility models, which can be used as a starting point for entering agreements.
On IP Tradeportal you also find IP Marketplace, where you can offer your rights and find rights offered for sale or licensing.
