IPeuropAware - Training enforcement ambassadors in 19 European countries
IPeuropeAware - Training enforcement ambassadors in 19 European countries
SMEs are very vulnerable to piracy and counterfeiting as they often have limited resources at their disposal to prevent and combat infringement. IPeuropAware has taken on this challenge in a DKPTO led workpackage on enforcement support services for SMEs.
In the spring, DKPTO will organise training of 40 new "enforcement ambassadors" from 19 different European countries. The enforcement ambassadors will be representatives of patent and trademark authorities and their partners. In the training, the ambassadors will learn how to assess their country's own supply of enforcement services and how to enhance a no-wrong-door approach in their country. The trainer team is highly qualified within the field of enforcement and IPR and comes from various EU countries.
