Christmas opening hours 2019
As of December 23, the Danish Patent and Trademark Office will be closed. We are back on Thursday, January 2, 2020.
All days in the period from December 23, 2019 to January 2, 2020 are considered Sundays and public holidays. This means that all deadlines that expire during this period will be automatically extended to Thursday, January 2, 2020.
You can still submit applications electronically through our website, via mail and in our 24-hour mailbox in Høje Taastrup, even if we keep closed. All applications are registered with the actual date of receipt.
We will send receipts, receipt letters and payment cards as soon as possible after Thursday, January 2, 2020.
Do you use IP Client?
In that case, you will find that there are no updates in the case handling and in the financial picture during the above period. The IP Client will be updated as soon as Thursday, January 2, 2020.
If you experience problems with the electronic filing
If you experience IT problems in electronic submission, you can write to our IT support via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our IT support will respond to inquiries on December 27 and 30 between 8-16.
If you need priority documents or other transcripts of documents or records, we recommend that you order them well in advance of Christmas.
