Payments must be made using the following accepted credit cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, EURO/Mastercard, American Express, VISA, VISA Electron and JCB.
You can also choose to pay by bank transfer using a paying-in slip sent by the DKPTO (not applicable for DK/EP-applications) or through the DKPTO deposit account system ‘PVSKonto’ (see forms below).
Furthermore, payments may be made in person at the office of DKPTO, either by credit card (Dankort) or cash.

All statutory fees are in DKK and exclusive of VAT. This may not apply to prices related to commercial searches and analyses (services not pertaining to granted or applied IP rights).
For commercial searches and analyses undertaken by the DKPTO, the deadline for payment is 30 days from the date of the invoice.

You may hand in letters in person at our office in Ikast within the normal opening hours. However, it is not possible to mail letters to the office in Ikast. We invite you to use the official postal address instead.
Courses and events
Registration: The deadline for registration for a course, seminar, after-work meeting or similar is, unless otherwise stated, 10 working days before the date of the event.
Payment: The participation fee may be invoiced upon registration.
Deregistration: Deregistration must be made in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to the DKPTO’s official postal address. If you deregister later than 10 working days before the course is held, 50% of the course fee will be charged. If deregistration is made later than 5 working days prior to the date of the course , 75% of the course is charged. If you deregister the day before or on the day of the event, the course fee will be charged in full. The registration may be passed to a colleague at any time without any charge.
