The Office now sends letters of examination and letters regarding extensions in SPC cases directly to E-boks. This means that important documents are gathered in one place and can therefore easily be retrieved. Time saved in relation to normal post also means quicker access to the letters.
The Danish Patent and Trademark Office still sends SPC registrations and register print outs via normal post. We are however also working towards digitalizing this area too.
