Office Closing Days in December and January

The Danish Patent and Trademark Office will be closed from Friday 24th December 2021. We will be back again on Monday 3rd January 2022. 

All days between 24th December 2021 and 2nd January 2022 are considered public holidays. This means that all deadlines expiring during this period will automatically be extended to Monday 3rd January 2022.  

You can still submit applications electronically via our website, by post or in our 24-hour-mailbox in Høje Taastrup. All applications are registered with the actual date of receipt.  

We will send receipts, letters of receipt and payment slips as soon as possible after Monday 3rd January 2022.  

For users of IP Client
If you are using IP Client, please note that there will be no updates in the case processing during this period. IP Client will be updated as soon as soon as possible from Monday 3rd January 2022.
