As NemID is being phased out, we will, like other governmental agencies, switch to MitID.
Users of IP Client must continue to use NemID until they are asked to switch to MitID. This will happen automatically when the system has the functionality. We expect that the new solution will be ready for use before the end of August 2023.
Please note that the transition to MitID currently only applies to IP Client, and not to other self-service systems that the Danish Patent and Trademark Office offers.
