New e-submission form for DK/EP validations

On the 1st of July 2023, the Danish Patent and Trademark Office will launch a new electronic submission form for DK/EP validations. This means that you will be able to use the same point of entry for submitting DK/EP validations as for Danish patent applications.

With the new solution, you will experience a number of advantages:

  • You can save your work. This means that you don't need to complete the whole form once you have started the process.
  • If you forget to fill in fields, the system will let you know.
  • When you have finished filling out the form, you will be directed directly to our payment solution. You can pay both with PVS Account and via PVS Pay.
  • You have access to the submitted documents for 30 days.
