*) The price adjustment of the renewal fees is valid for fees due after the 31st of March 2024. This means that the renewal fees due up until the 31st of March 2024 will be payable at the rates applicable before 1st of January 2024. If you pay the fee later than on the due date, there will be a 20% charge, which will be calculated according to the payable fee.
In relation to the publication fee, please note the following details:
For DK/EP, the publication fee is paid when requesting validation of the EP patent in Denmark. If this happens after the 31st of December 2023, this will be at the adjusted fee.
For Danish patents, it is the date on which the Danish Patent and Trademark Office requests payment that will determine the fee. Hence, if the request for payment of publication fee is made after the 31st of December 2023, it will be at the adjusted prices.
