The launch of eFiling for trademarks means that you must now submit electronic applications for trademark registration via this system.
The trademark application system has several advantages:
- You can save the entered information as a draft, allowing you to complete the rest of the application at a later time.
- You can click on help texts throughout the individual steps of the application.
- You can review your application before submitting it.
- The manual entry of goods/services is now more intuitive.
- Once you have submitted your application, you can download a receipt for your trademark application under “My applications”. You can also view applications which you have previously submitted via eFiling.
The system is integrated with the Danish Patent and Trademark Office’s payment solution, PVS Pay, allowing you to pay by credit card, MobilePay, or PVS account.
